Pojok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01Introduction & Acknowledgement

Pojok (pojok.xyz) is a trusted online gaming and betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Pojok and all its users ("Members").

03Account Management

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be suspended.
• Pojok will never ask for your password unless you have initiated the request yourself.
• To close your account, please contact our support team; the account will be closed once all outstanding balances have been withdrawn.

Pojok reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected. If the account is cleared following investigation, it will be reinstated.

04Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over any game outcome, the decision of Pojok's management shall be considered final.
